Inspired by the iconic Palm Springs desert homes and their curated cactus gardens, this landscape design blends minimalist aesthetics with functional ease. Designed for low maintenance, the layout incorporates gravel pathways interwoven with resilient local plants and trees, ensuring the space thrives with minimal intervention. Olive trees, known for their endurance under intense sun, add a touch of Mediterranean charm to the environment. The material palette is defined by taupe tones and corten steel, offering a warm, earthy elegance that complements the desert landscape.

In designing this landscape, we carefully studied the surrounding roads and adjacencies to define the ideal planting and pathway layout. By considering traffic flow, environmental factors, and the natural terrain, we selected resilient local plants and trees that align with the area’s conditions, ensuring minimal maintenance while enhancing the space’s visual appeal.

Key areas have been designed to maximize the interaction with nature, including fire pit seating areas embedded in the ground and multiple seating zones shaded by canopies. The roof terrace further extends the experience, with a dining area featuring a live cooking space and a lounge designed for relaxation. This project exemplifies a seamless integration of architecture, landscape design, and high-end interior design in the Middle East, catering to both functionality and elegance.
