Kumo Bistro is a boutique Asian kitchen in Riyadh, designed as a luxurious city underground. The concept combines expressive marble, acrylic furniture and metal mesh details to create a hospitality interior with depth, contrast and an urban edge.
A dramatic marble with red, grey and white veining anchors the space, while transparent furniture and industrial accents keep the interior sharp, contemporary and visually open.
The open kitchen is framed as part of the guest experience, bringing the culinary process into view and connecting atmosphere with function. For this F&B project, Cambra Buró shaped a compact 300 sqm interior where material drama, lighting and circulation work together to create a distinctive hospitality destination in the Middle East.
