In this renovation, we completely transformed the façade and overhauled the entire MEP systems, crafting a new architectural envelope that adapts seamlessly to the existing structure. The façade’s undulating waves were designed to accommodate this integration, creating a fluid visual identity. Limestone and bronze steel are the primary materials, lending the exterior a refined and timeless aesthetic.
Inside, the design combines opulence with tranquility. Rich materials such as gold leaf, brass 3D tiles, and ceramic mosaics in gold provide a luxurious depth, while organic shapes flow through the interior, mirroring the façade’s curves. This harmonious balance between richness and softness ensures a sense of calm amidst lavish details.
