A private residence in Kuwait designed around warm materials, layered lighting, and generous family spaces. Almasoud Residence brings together soft neutral tones, custom furniture, and refined detailing to create a calm contemporary home shaped for comfort, privacy, and everyday living.

BASEMENT LEVEL

The basement is planned for family dining, kitchen moments, and relaxed hosting. Curved wood details, quiet stone tones, and soft lighting connect the lower level with the rest of the residence.

GROUND FLOOR LEVEL

The ground floor introduces the residence through generous family seating, warm wall finishes, and a calm rhythm of light. Each area is composed to feel open and welcoming while keeping the privacy and comfort expected from a residential home in Kuwait.

SECOND FLOOR LEVEL

The second floor continues the private rhythm of the residence with calmer rooms, refined storage, and intimate daily-use spaces. Soft lighting, warm finishes, and clean detailing create a quieter layer of the home while keeping the same material language used throughout the project.

ROOF LEVEL

The roof level is treated as a relaxed extension of the family home. It supports quieter gatherings and open-air moments, with the design kept simple, warm, and connected to the residence through consistent materials, lighting, and detailing.

MATERIALS AND DETAILS

Across the residence, the design relies on warm neutrals, custom furniture, stone textures, and layered indirect light. These details help the home feel polished, comfortable, and timeless.
